SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order processing time
All our orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking code so you can follow your package and find out how long it will take to ship.
Please allow up to 1 hour for the tracking information to be updated.
2. Delivery address changes
If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us by email at contact@costaa.fr and include your new shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
3. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and
destination of the items in the order. Moreover we apply no charges on our deliveries for any order placed from France and this until further notice.
4. Damaged, lost or missing packages during transport
If you suspect that your package is lost or missing in transit, please contact us by e-mail. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the problem.
If your package is indeed missing, we will send you a new one for free or give you a full refund.
If your package arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
5. Returns and refunds
5.1 Returns due to change of mind
diffuzenpro.com gladly accepts returns due to change of mind, provided the request is received within 30 days of receipt of the item.
The article must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
5.2 Warranty returns
supper-access.com provides a 90 day warranty period.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, it must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the package.
Return shipping costs will be prepaid by the customer, but we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon receipt of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
